A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot, if this payment is not completed within 24 hours of scheduleing the appointment, your slot could be given away. This $20 is not an extra charge, it is calculated into your total at the time of your appointment. To receive a full refund of your deposit, you must cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointments time. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are considered a late cancellation. In this case, the full service amount will be charged. This policy is in place to respect the time reserved exclusively for you, as last-minute changes do not allow me the opportunity to fill the appointment slot. With that being said, arriving on time is essential. If you arrive late, I may not be able to provide you with the service you have booked for. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged the full service amount. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of my schedule and ensure that each client receives their full, dedicated service time without delays or disruptions. I truly appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a relaxing and enjoyable experience every visit! I pride myself in delivering high-quality, detailed work. I do not rush through my appointments. My goal is to bring you consistent results that you can trust. Appointments may take 2-4 hours, or longer, depending on service or design requested. Please take this into consideration while making your appointment. My biggest priority is your comfort. All appointments provide a luxury salon experience with complementary refreshments. You are always welcome to recommend your choice of entertainment on the TV, request silent appointments, or make any suggestions to customize your experience. To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests or children are permitted unless the child is the recipient of the service. This policy is in place to ensure a comfortable experience for every client, as our space is limited and cannot accommodate extra visitors. Your patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!
